Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless:

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not require returns of opened or used items for first-time orders.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • subscription renewal orders

To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.


3.2 Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling a subscription:

  • stops future charges

  • does not refund orders already processed

Refunds for one-time purchases are only available if:
